Cross Country Ski Center Agent & Instructor

We are presently searching for our next great Nordic Center Agent & Instructor. If you can provide our guests with an amazing winter experience, combined with working as an energetic part of our team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities include: (but not limited to)
* Plan and carry out snowshoe & Nordic Ski tours and guided activities for Individuals and groups
* Assemble supplies and equipment for Snowshoe, skate & Nordic Ski rentals, lessons.
* Demonstrate and instruct Snowshoe & Nordic Ski (Classic & Skate Ski) activities and techniques.
* Monitor Nordic activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required.
* Patrol Nordic Ski trails to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required.
* Enforce safety rules and regulations and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
* Maintain Nordic trails, snowshoe trails, and skating rink.
* Maintain and carry out repairs on Nordic sports equipment.
* Discuss and sell retail products.
* Coordinate and host Nordic events.
* Sell trail passes and handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
* Valid First Aid Certificate is an asset
* Strong customer service skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Must be approachable, dependable and a strong team player
* Good physical condition; Able to work in outdoor, adverse weather conditions and perform manual labor
* Possess or willing to obtain valid CANSI Certification (Required)
* To meet seasonal demands, you may be required to assist in other departments as needed
This is a Seasonal Position so you must be able to commit to the role for the full Winter Season (November-April). As a seasonal team member, you may be presented with opportunities to cross train and support in other departments to meet seasonal demands.
