Administrative Assistant 

Our Resort is looking for an administrative assistant who will support various departments. The administrative assistant will support in task relating to but not limited to; filling, working daily cash deposits, taking deposits / change to the bank, ordering office supplies, and working with various departments.  The position is ideal for someone who can follow guidance, work well with others, be able to multi task, and pay attention to detail.

Job responsibilities 

  • File paperwork
  • Manage daily cash deposits
  • Make trips to the bank / post office
  • Order and organize office supplies
  • Help with banquets / group sales
  • Food and Beverage inventory assistance
  • Lost and found returns
  • End of month counts
  • Decorate for holidays and season change
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards


  • Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays
  • Must be available for weekends when needed
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Must be able to keep organized
  • Must be a responsible and dependable individual
  • Valid Driver’s License
