Box Loader/Unloader – West Jordan, UT

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Box Loaders/Unloaders in West Jordan, Utah. This position is well-suited for candidates who enjoy physical work, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Team members are responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of freight within trailers and warehouse staging areas.

• Load boxes from conveyor lines directly into trailers.

• Scan packages using handheld scanning devices.

• Transport cages between designated staging locations.

• Organize freight to maximize trailer space and ensure load stability.

• Remove freight from trailers and place it onto conveyor systems.

• Scan and sort packages into assigned cages.

• Maintain productivity and accuracy while handling high freight volumes.

• Compensation is based on trailers and cases loaded or unloaded.

• Typical earnings range from $16 to $25 per hour.

• High-performing employees can earn $25 to $35 per hour or more.

• Greater efficiency and productivity result in higher earnings.

• Night Shift: Monday through Thursday

• Hours: 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM

• Four 10-hour shifts per week

• Additional weekend hours may be available as business needs require

• Excellent attendance and reliability

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Capable of regularly lifting and carrying 5–50 pounds

• Able to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
