As a Gardener at Pacific Sands, you’ll help bring our outdoor spaces to life. From vibrant plant beds to well-kept pathways, your work shapes the natural beauty that guests experience the moment they arrive. You’ll play an important role in maintaining safe, welcoming, and visually stunning grounds that reflect the care and pride of our team.
What You’ll Do-
Deliver friendly, 5-star service when interacting with guests and colleagues

Maintain lawns and garden beds through mowing, mulching, weeding, trimming, edging, pruning, and aerating

Care for shrubs, trees, flowers, and seasonal plantings
-
Apply fertilizers and treatments as required

Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

Keep walkways, driveways, parking areas, fountains, and planters clean and well-maintained

Monitor and service garbage/recycling bins and outdoor amenities
-
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Respond to guest questions or requests with professionalism

Work closely with Guest Services and Housekeeping to ensure an excellent guest experience

Follow all resort safety guidelines and emergency procedures

Support additional grounds and property projects as needed

Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or groundskeeping is an asset

Strong work ethic with attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Reliable, organized, and safety-minded

Valid driver’s license required

Good communication skills and proficiency in English

Physically fit and able to lift moderate weight, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work outdoors for extended periods
