Sprint by The Customer Center is looking for outgoing, driven individuals who are passionate about meeting new people and providing excellent customer service to improve the way that our customers connect to their world.  As a Wireless Sales Assistant Manager, you play a key role in supporting the store operations and all sales representatives.  You are the expert and first point of contact to deliver solutions to our customers.  Whether delivering product information, assisting to identify a phone issue, finalizing a bill payment or a sale with an eager customer, you connect people to the products and services that fit their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily sales floor operations to deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty
  • Works together with Store Manager to complete all aspects of the retail store
  • Assists store management team in store opening/closing procedures as required
  • Assists in sales transactions as required by providing a total sales solution to our customers
  • Hold team accountable for production and quality
  • Meet or exceed assigned key performance targets
  • Greet customers as they enter the store
  • Build customer loyalty by providing prompt and exceptional sales and post-sale service

Basic Qualifications

  • Associates degree, Bachelors preferred
  • Previous sales experience that relies on commissioned sales income is a plus
  • Bi/Multilingual is a plus
  • Willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
