The Human Resources (HR) Corporate Recruiter will research, develop,
and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse
pool of qualified talent to join CFC.
- Manage the recruiting process
to meet the various staffing goals across all levels of the organization
from entry level to Management Staff within multiple business units.
- Partner with Senior Leadership
Team to identify and develops detailed job descriptions while developing
plans for key staffing initiatives.
- Work with hiring managers to
ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and
candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Create and implement
recruitment marketing strategies and effective recruitment methods to attract
both active and passive job
- Conduct both telephone and in
person interviews to attract, hire and retain the best talent.
- Collaborate with the hiring
manager to manage the offer process, identifying and recommending salary
ranges, start date and other pertinent
details to successfully complete the offer and hiring process.
- Track and report key metrics designed to
measure and predict staffing activity.
- Ensures compliance with
federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company
- Attends and participates in
college job fairs and develops relationships with various sourcing
- Additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related
field or equivalent work experience.
- Two + years of recruiting experience
managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Financial Services industry
work experience preferred.
- Experience on sourcing
candidates from multiple sources to build a strong pipeline of talent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
with good negotiating tactics.
- Proactive and independent with
the ability to take initiative.to handle multiple tasks in a timely
- Excellent organization and time management skills
with a proven ability to manage
multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner.
- Strong computer and internet
skills including all MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good oral and written
