Manager is responsible to the church, under the direction of the Director of
Facilities, for all
aspects of assessing repairs at other campuses, bidding procedures, monitoring
the extra campuses, as well as being project manager for all projects of all campuses
of Brentwood Baptist Church. The incumbent plays an active role in supporting
the on-site ministries of the church. This person
works with all ministries, support teams and satellite campuses to maintain
excellence in our facilities and buildings.

in accessing the maintenance of all properties and related systems to include
HVAC, mechanical, electrical, Door Access Control System, CCTV Stem, Air phone
System, and plumbing.
compliance with all federal, state and local codes and guidelines and acts as
liaison to public utility, environmental, and energy agencies, as required.
and directs maintenance personnel and workers engaged in equipment installation,
facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.
as time allows to maintain building, performing minor and routine painting,
plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.

repair including cost estimate, bid sheets, layouts and contracts using sound
purchasing concepts and adherence to budgets.

Experience in supervision will be helpful in the
work of the Project Manager and a solid understanding of facility and
maintenance practices is needed from both a technical and practical level.
degree (AA.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or Five
years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
