RESPONSIBILITIES
· Enforce safety rules and regulations at all times.
· Interact with customers in a professional manner.
· Must be able to load materials and drive to job site.
· Fields customer questions and complaints to the Service Manager when the issue is beyond the tech's responsibility scope.
· Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
· Maintains a log of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
· Be willing to learn well pump diagnosis and installation.
· Be willing to train helpers/apprentices.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
· Must be organized.
· Arrive on time.
· Strong work ethic, dependable and reliable.
· Willingness to learn.
· Be encouraging and have a positive outlook.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Available to work Monday – Friday with overtime opportunities.
· Ability and knowledge to work with tools.
· Knowledge of water treatment and/or plumbing.
· Must have a valid driver's license and willing to travel to Annapolis/Baltimore Surrounding Areas.
