Host Ambassador
Job Overview
The
Slot Ambassador Host under the direction of the VIP Slot Ambassador will be
responsible for looking after our VIP slot guests and ensuring that all their
needs are met.
They must have exemplary customer service skills. They provide superior service to our VIP’S, knowing guests by their names, likes and dislikes, dining and entertainment and favourite sports games. Most importantly knowing the slot machines our guests like to play and which ones our guests would like to see.
The Slot Ambassador Host must maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times. Always greeting guests with a smile as well as being impeccably groomed.
The Slot Ambassador Host will be responsible for maintaining repeat business from current list of VIP Guests as well as recruiting new guests to the casino.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Market the services of the casino to existing and prospective players
- Introduce the players on new games and programs, and events of the casino
- Cater to the needs of the players while they are in the casino
- Send emails or place calls to players to promote the image and services of the casino
- Execute promotions and progress of the loyalty programs organized by the casino
- Track players visitations and average bets
- Determine the level of comps to be given to any player
- Oversee service delivery to the players
- Ensure players are satisfied with the services provided by the casino
- Listen to complaints and concerns of clients and get them resolved without delay
- Book reservations for the casino’s valued customers
- Coordinate all special events organized by the casino towards attracting new clients
- Assist with casino promotions
- Draft and distribute periodic or daily report to the casino’s management.
- The Ambassador will also work closely with the Guest Services representatives, Slot Supervisors, Slot staff, and food and beverage to ensure all VIP requests are met.
Education and Experience
- Previous slot attendant experience and a current AGLC gaming license is required
- Current in in AGLC Proserve and Protect service requirements
- AGLC Phase 1 required
- Grade 12 or diploma required
- Criminal background check required
- AGLC lottery training required
- Must be able to work flexible hours between Ace Blackfoot and Ace Airport
- Must be available for weekends and night shifts
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Proficient in data entry for Loyalty programs and VIP customer information.
- Able to multitask Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
