Prep Cook / Line Cook

Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Provide extraordinary work ethic
- Maintain composure and efficiency during busy times
- Team player who works well with both front and back of the house staff
- Become knowledgeable about all safety and cleanliness standards.
- Become a "menu expert" and be able to create all food offerings
- Have a welcoming, positive and upbeat attitude
- Assist with maintaining a clean and well stocked kitchen
- Ability to assist with nightly closing procedures

-Position will be a mix of days, nights and weekends and has full-time or part-time hours available.

-Reliable transportation necessary
