General manager will oversee all aspects of operations of a restaurant with a 20 year history in the heart of MidTown, Atlanta. You will be working directly with the beverage manager to insure great cost control and profitability. You will work with the kitchen manager/chef to insure great cost are maintained. You will oversee all aspects of sanitation to insure a fantastic health score. You will work then floor during busy shifts to engage guests and support staff. You will work closely with all managers in hiring and training all staff. You must be able to work weekends and nights. The general manager is expected to close 2-3 times per week. You will be tasked with upholding all company standards as outlined in the employee manual. Great people skills and an ownership mentality are the keys to success here. You must be comfortable with celebrating diversity and inclusion in the work place as an employer and as a host.
