As a cross-functional Marketing Assistant, you'll support a wide range of communication, digital, and administrative marketing tasks that help keep our brand strong and community connected. Working closely with the senior marketing director, you'll assist with internal and external communications, content creation, and project coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Assistant with digital marketing efforts across social media platforms and websites
  • Create, execute, and maintain content and engagement on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube including short-form video
  • Create social media calendars
  • Capture lifestyle content including photos videos
  • Collaborate with human resources and volunteer coordinator to update communications and newsletters
  • Design and distribute internal communication materials including flyers, signs, and announcements 
  • Update outdoor electronic signage and promotional messaging
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and aesthetics
  • Maintain promotional product inventory and coordinate corporate apparel ordering
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for design and marketing projects
  • Assist with special marketing assignments related to open houses and events
  • Provide administrative and project support to the marketing department

✅ What You’ll Need

  • Experience with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms
  • Basic photo/video editing skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
