HVAC Concepts,  a leading building and automation systems integrator, is looking for a Key Account Administrator to be the “go-to” contact for a defined list of customers and to ultimately increase the quality and performance of our service division.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to work with and interact with Key internal teammates to coordinate manpower requests needed to be deployed to these sites on a scheduled and pre-approved basis.
  • Communicate statuses on all work in progress and become intimately familiar with the customers' site and staff.
  • Answer phone calls and emails quickly and effectively. Always leave the customer with a sense of satisfaction that their problem will be/has been effectively addressed.
  • Generate, maintain, and manage reports designed to provide analytical support to the department
  • File physical and electronic documentation according to record management procedures
  • Facilitate the department’s daily time tracking and ensure timely submission
  • Actively follows up on tasks both with customers and with coworkers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
