Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, via our Wilmington, DE branch, is
seeking an organized individual with excellent communication skills and a high
degree of urgency to help
retain and grow the Kelly Benefit Strategies (KBS) client base. The role supports the Consulting &
Account Management Team in all aspects of implementing, renewing/retaining and
servicing KBS Mid-Market clients.
will perform the following roles for group clients of 200-10,000 employees;
and pre-renewal activity, collect information from client, carriers and payroll
including sending Request For Proposal (RFP), prepare client meeting agendas,
assist consultants with rate proposals, contract applications, COBRA contracts,
conduct internal audits, act as point of contact for accounts when Consultant
and Sr. Account Manager are not available, and additional services in order to
retain and renew existing clients, while maintaining knowledge of Kelly’s
products, systems and procedures.
Minimum hours are
Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
degree or equivalent years of experience
and Health Insurance licensed preferred, but at minimum, must attain
within 60 days of hire date
