Responsibilities & Duties:
Greet all patients, customers, guests, and visitors in a warm, sincere, and respectful manner that builds and maintains a high level of integrity and trust.
Verify customer's allotment, purchase limits, and eligibility to make purchases.
Secure management of patient/customer records through the use of a POS system, Treez, and Biotrack.
Manage multiple clerical duties including typing, calendaring, answering phones on multiple lines, and route calls accordingly.
Adhere to all company, department, Medical/Recreational Cannabis, and AZ Medical/Recreational Marijuana Act regulations.
Assist patients and customers with selecting the right products according to their ailments, conditions, or desired outcomes.
Participate in continuing education and professional development.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Must be 21 years of age.
Two years of direct customer service experience required (luxury retail experience preferred).
Ability to focus in busy environments both inside and outside the store.
Strong organizational skills required to maintain multiple customers and projects at once.
Experience with multiple software applications including POS system, Microsoft Office, and cash registers.
Maintain active Dispensary Agent Registry Identification Cards.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
$15.00 per hour plus tips
Full time eligible for benefits after 90 days.
