Apollo Applied Research and Apollo Cannabis Clinics are medical clinics offering patients an accessible path to medical cannabis treatments, free from stigma. We offer effective treatments for many chronic health conditions such as pain, anxiety, sleep disorders, PTSD and more through an evidence-based approach to empower our patients to take control of their overall health. We have a team of experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to patient care and medical cannabis education. We are actively finding new and better ways to treat our patients’ illnesses with medical cannabis across Canada.


Role: Full-time Clinic Manager for our Bay Street Location (Bay & Bloor)


We are looking for a motivated, experienced and energetic individual to provide outstanding patient experience by developing, promoting, and supporting a high-performance team while ensuring high-quality patient care. 



  • Lead and coach the Apollo team in the delivery of outstanding service that provides exceptional patient care

  • Contribute to the organization and implementation of Apollo’s values and strategic plans

  • Implement best practices, accountability models, and achieve set performance targets

  • Respond to and address issues identified by patients and team members in a timely fashion

  • Manage smooth daily clinic operations including management of employees, patient flow, and  data reporting

  • Continuously design processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of clinic performance

  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team in the implementation of new processes and initiatives

  • Other duties as assigned



  • Minimum 3 years of leadership and management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment

  • Baccalaureate Degree in a science, medical or industry-related discipline

  • Demonstrate effective communication, team building, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in a team environment

  • Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and motivate staff and create a culture of accountability for performance

  • Demonstrate effective and innovative leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving and sound judgment

  • Demonstrate on-going professional development and continuing education

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Enthusiasm, high energy, and positively

  • Proficient in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
