Coaching: (30 hrs per week) 

  • Coach clients through a safe, effective workout

  • Follow the MBSC Thrive program

  • Learn and master the progression and regression exercise sheet

  • Coach 25 pre-scheduled sessions per week

  • Keep the Live Fit training area clean and safe

 

Administration: (10 hrs per week) 

  • Manage client list doc and usage reports

  • Write thank you cards to each client at least twice per year

  • Schedule clients’ weekly workouts

  • Contact clients that did not show for sessions

 

Leadership: Full Time Dedication 

 

  • Motivate and inspire clients to make lifestyle changes

  • Provide a fun, inviting atmosphere

  • Attend weekly team meeting

  • Attend weekly one on one meeting with their manager

  • Attend monthly fitness departmental meetings
