While working as the MultiMedia Producer (Audio-Visual) at Ontario Musicians Co-operative Inc, you will be working with a team under the supervision of a Content Creation Program Coordinator, and be responsible for the creation and output of various media to advertise, promote and increase awareness surrounding OMCI and partner events, as well as events or performances involving musicians belonging to OMCI in accordance with the provided guidelines.
Your skills as a Producer will be critical in the creation of online video content, with a strong focus on social media marketing and live streaming events. It is preferred that the candidate is familiar with a variety of video editing and livestreaming techniques, and is able to work both independently and with a team of individuals to make consistent quality content on a daily basis. During Covid-19 participation is planned to be accomplished remotely, in a work from home online environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare online video advertising, graphics, and promotion strategies in accordance with guidelines provided.
Develop and implement online video and live streaming campaigns appropriate for online digital media
Gather, research and prepare communications material for internal and external audiences
Attend daily team meetings

Able to effectively use Adobe softwares such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
Able to use communication services such as Google Drive or Gmail to maintain communication with team members and provide content assets and final products

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Between 16-30 years of age;
Consistent access to a functioning computer with internet access;
Regular and consistent access to a working cell phone with data;
Access to transportation to get to work at a variety of locations both in your constituency, and Simcoe County (On hold due to Covid-19)
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Access to various Adobe software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Able to manage information workflow, including timely following up with telephone, email, correspondence;
Must appreciate and adhere to strict timelines for payroll processing deadlines;
Able to attend set meetings and presentations, and have excellent organizational skills;
Able to work remotely or on various on-site locations when needed
Post-secondary education in communications, video editing, and broadcasting is desirable
