Onsite Rental Coordinator
JM Test Systems is seeking an Onsite Rental Coordinator, you will directly interface with customer and contractor personnel at a dedicated onsite location, ensuring requests for instrumentation and electrical test equipment are fulfilled in a timely, professional manner. Operating primarily from an onsite turnaround trailer at Venture Global's Calcasieu Pass 2 (CP2) facility in Cameron, LA, you'll issue and receive equipment, keep inventory accurate, and keep the onsite work flow moving between issue and receipt operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Accurately issuing equipment to site personnel and capturing every transaction in the mobile billing and inventory system
- Verifying availability, calibration status, and accessory accuracy before equipment goes out
- Checking, replacing accessories, and testing equipment operation prior to issue
- Staging equipment in advance for upcoming shift needs
- Inspecting returned equipment and accessories for damage, segregating compromised assets as needed
- Confirming completeness of returned units against company photos and checklists
- Documenting and photographing damaged equipment and communicating findings to the local company hub
- Conducting inventory checks on receipt to identify missing accessories
- Cleaning equipment to company quality standards, including removal of customer stickers and markings
- Verifying functionality and recharging equipment to "ready-to-rent" status
- Replacing asset numbers and accessory tags as needed
- Conducting routine inventory counts and communicating service or product needs to the local hub
- Maintaining minimum/maximum accessory inventory levels and updating equipment records
- Completing data logs, transaction paperwork, and timecards accurately
- Providing daily reporting on issue, receipt, and inventory activity
Work Environment:
- Based onsite in a turnaround trailer at an active industrial plant facility
- Exposure to open-air conditions and variable weather, including extreme heat and cold
- Standing for 8-10 hours per shift, with climbing of stairs and industrial ladders
- Lifting and moving equipment up to 50-55 lbs. unassisted
- Exposure to plant noise and industrial traffic
- Continuous data entry and documentation using a mobile billing and inventory system
- Extended shift schedules that ramp up over the course of the turnaround, starting around 6 days a week at 10-hour shifts and building toward 12-hour and 13-days-on/1-day-off schedules during peak windows, including some weekends and holidays

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational or Associate's degree preferred)
- 3+ years of industrial plant turnaround experience
- Current TWIC card
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a DISA background check, plant security screening, and drug test
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with plant and contractor personnel
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately process high volumes of transaction paperwork
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn multiple software systems
