Bar Back-Part Time

BARBACK | PART-TIME

We're looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Barback to join our team! We are a new bar/lounge concept called The Felix that has opened in Hammond/Whiting Indiana. We are all about offering a unique experience to our customers, so if you want to be part of something special that focuses on building community, then we want to hear from you.

Experience is a plus, but not required! We're happy to train the right person. What matters most to us is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Running drinks and assisting bartenders throughout service

• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables

• Loading and unloading the dishwasher

• Polishing and organizing glassware

• Restocking ice, supplies, and bar essentials

• Anticipating bartenders' needs and keeping service running smoothly

• Assisting with end-of-night cleaning and bar closing duties

• Jumping in wherever the team needs support

• Must be 21 years or older

• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work

• Quick learner with a strong work ethic

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

• Willing to take initiative without being asked

• Available to work all scheduled shifts, including late nights

  
  

  Bartending training included and opportunities to bartend when needed. 

  
  

  Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.

• Thursday: 5 PM – 11 PM

• Friday: 5 PM – 1 AM

• Saturday: 5 PM – 1 AM

Pay: $13/hour + tips
