Minimum Requirements:  35-40 hours per week on average (more at peak season), open availability, required to have a liquor license

Direct Supervisor: Bowling Operations/Marketing Manager

Position Summary:  This position is designed to keep floor service at a premium for our casual bowling guests, league bowlers, arcade guests, and bar and restaurant guests.  This employee will also be responsible for league bowling accounting, recaps, SMART youth scholarships, house league creation, and implementation, scheduling, hiring/terminating, assistance with marketing and advertising plans, bowling tournament creation and implementation, general maintenance, cleanliness standards, reservation and private event management, and follow up.

Position Duties and Responsibilities (no particular order):

  • Answer and follow instructions from the Bowling Operations/Marketing Manage
  • Possess excellent critical thinking and management skills
  • Ensure all employees are working according to all of Pinheads policies and procedures
  • Oversee, supervise, and organize the time of all front of the house employees
  • Ensure all front of the house cleanliness standards are maintained
  • Oversee inventory levels in order to minimize loss
  • Ensure our product meets the standards of our guests and if not, appropriately solving any guest issue
  • Training of new guest services employees
  • Accuracy and speed in completing necessary tasks
  • Willingness and capability to work while standing and moving for extended periods of time
  • Supervise and follow up on all closing procedures
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with employees and co-workers
  • Perform, supervise, and follow up with any other tasks deemed necessary by Department Heads, the COO, the Operations Managers, and Ownership
  • Ensure the Chain of Command is followed on a regular basis
  • Work closely and effectively with league operation personnel

Responsible for Supervision of:

  • Guest Service employees
  • Café/Arcade employees
  • Maintenance employees
  • Servers, Banquet Servers, and bartenders
  • Line cooks, pizza cooks, and dishwashers
  • Hosts/Hostesses
  • Restaurant Porters and Bar Backs
