We're hiring RNs and LPNs for 2nd shift at Rosedale Green, our established, not-for-profit skilled nursing community in Covington, Kentucky.

• Base pay: $30.00–$34.00/hr (based on licensure and experience)

• 2nd shift differential: +$4.50/hr

• Weekend differential: +$1.50/hr (Saturday/Sunday)

• Medical insurance opt-out: +$3.00/hr (if eligible)

➡️ Your effective hourly rate can reach $34.50–$43.00+, depending on experience, weekend hours, and medical opt-out eligibility.

🩺 The Opportunity – 2nd Shift RN / LPN

Location: Rosedale Green – Covington, KY
Shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Weekend Rotation: Every Other Weekend

As a 2nd Shift RN or LPN, you'll play an important role in ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct nursing care and administering medications and treatments.

• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes appropriately.

• Supporting and collaborating with STNAs and fellow nurses.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

• Communicating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Helping maintain a positive, respectful, resident-centered environment.

✔️ What We're Looking For

• Active Kentucky RN or LPN license – Required

• Availability to work 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.

• Ability to work every other weekend

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills

• A genuine commitment to providing compassionate resident care

• Successful completion of required background and drug screening
