We are looking for RMT's with a strong interest in treating in an orthopedic, post operative and MSK clinical setting. We are a fast paced environment with referral sources from the community, physicians, surgeons and a strong digital presence.
Compensation:
- A base hourly wage for client facing and non-client facing hours (min 6 hours/shift).
- On top of that, you earn a commission per client hour.
- Earn up to $2000/year in quarterly bonuses.
- $500-$1000 in Education Allowances for post graduate courses
- (or towards Registration fees)
- Guaranteed yearly cost of living adjustments
- + Plus earn increases in compensation by meeting performance targets
- First year compensation potential on a 34 hour FT (80% booked) schedule is valued at $80,000

Your responsibilities include :
- Collaborating with the team to prescribe treatment plans.
Promoting preventative care, wellness, and massage therapy.
Delivering an excellent clinical and customer service experience.
Building a loyal caseload of engaged and health conscious clients.
Recognizing the need to, and making, appropriate referrals. - Ensuring that clients stay committed to their plans.

Requirements :
- Must be a member of the CMTO.
- Must have an interest in orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal medicine and rehabilitation.
- Must be able to treat a minimum of 6 hours/day, with 3 clients back to back, followed by a break.
- Interest in pursuing post graduate education & professional development.
- Must have an engaging personality with great listening, communication, and team work skills.
