Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, the Facilities Manager shall provide leadership to the custodial supervisors, custodians, and event set up teams. The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible hours to oversee private events throughout the Museum campus. The candidate must also have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. This position is responsible for creating standard operating procedures, preparing forms related to Museum policies and procedures, and completing campus walk-through forms daily. Reviewing and authorizing payroll reports, preparing performance evaluations, and performing other administrative duties are also required. The Facilities Manager will interact with the Museum staff and the event rental department to coordinate rental activities.
