Client Experience Specialist
Title Alliance currently has an opening for a high energy Client Experience Specialist in our Phoenix, AZ office with strong attention to detail and excellent customer support skills. The Client Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting team member admin duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
a. Welcome calls to both agents at escrow opening
b. Calls ½ way through to check on experience to both agents
c. Follow up calls post-closing—experience rating from agents
d. Follow up with clients (buyers/sellers) sharing agent links for recommendations/reviews
e. 1 year anniversary card mailing to buyers with agent card inside
f. Bank deposits to agent accounts – if wires requested, wiring instructions needed 1 time for the agents
g. Thank you notes post-closing to agents
h. Setting up the TVs
i. Personalized experience
i. Ie: kids at signing—coloring books, small teddy bear
ii. Future state – special snacks (gluten free; nut free; favorite drinks)
j. Sending agent birthday cards
k. Recognizing agent milestones (anniversaries, births etc)
l. Surprising agents with small gifts (ie buckets for kids)
m. Frames with photos at closings for buyers/sellers
n. Agent profile sheets
o. Social Media content
p. Other duties as assigned
