Beer Pourer

Beer Pourers are the front-line of the beverage experience at Warner Park. Beer Pourers are expected to have great customer service skills and follow proper alcohol awareness policies. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet and accommodate customers with a positive attitude and a smile while fulfilling orders and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
• Use the Square point-of-sale system to sell beverages to customers including processing payment.
• Follow proper alcohol awareness and service policies.
• Pour tap beer and serve canned beverage product in a high-volume environment.
• Stock and inventory product levels in assigned station.
• Under guidance of Concessions Supervisors, maintain cleanliness and health standards in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept. of Public Health.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and fun work environment.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for beer pouring or bartending positions.

Beer Pourers are hired on a part-time, seasonal basis for the Madison Mallards and Madison Softball seasons. A typical season runs from mid-May to mid-August. Scheduled hours are usually late-afternoon/evening, including weekdays and weekends.

Beer Pourers are eligible to receive tips from the stadium tip pool.
