The Brand Manager is a key member of the Marketing department, responsible for developing brand positioning, co-developing brand objectives, establishing strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using available data to drive volume and profitability. The Brand Manager will dive deep to understand the target customer and consumer of our products and develop marketing tactics and messaging that will resonate and drive brand engagement and equity.
Brand activities will be developed to align with the company’s strategic pillars, as well as the overall Marketing plan. The Brand Manager owns the brand P&L and will have revenue, profit, and investment goals.
Leads the development and execution of brand objectives & strategies for US
Partners with broader marketing team, cross functional business partners and agencies to develop and execute brand positioning and marketing tactics.
Leads brand planning, tracking, and reporting on a day-to-day basis.
Plans and executes all marketing efforts, including digital, social media and website presence.
Provides input to Product Development and Category Management on Innovation pipeline development; leads new product commercialization projects for their respective brand.
Analyzes and has deep understanding of competitive brands and industry trends.
Functional Understanding of

· Financial Management, including P&L development

· Experience using various social media platforms.
· Aptitude for problem solving/quick learning in new industry.
· Positive attitude and high level of energy
· BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or comparable field degree
· MBA or equivalent preferred, but not required
· 4+ years of experience managing a brand or product line business
