Switchboard Receptionist (Full-Time)

Momentum at South Bay is urgently seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join their team.

The Switchboard Receptionist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Answer and route all incoming calls with a high level of professionalism
2. Greet Visitors
3. Perform support for all departments

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Superior interpersonal, communication skills, friendly, and energetic.
• Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility.
• Ability to organize and ensure the completion of multiple tasks.
• Experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long-Term Care preferred
• Experience in handling resident funds
• Clerical experience
• Customer service experience
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word

Job Type: Full-Time, M-F

Salary: $18.00- $19.00 per hour
