Order Coordinator
Order Coordinator
Fully Promoted – Lawrence, KS
About Fully Promoted
At Fully Promoted, we help organizations build stronger brands through branded apparel and promotional products. But we believe our job goes beyond simply putting logos on products. We help our clients attract, retain, and engage the people who matter most to their organizations.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Order Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to learn our industry, take ownership of important processes, and grow within our organization.
The Role
The Order Coordinator plays an important role in making sure our clients' orders move smoothly from approval through production and delivery.
You will help process apparel and promotional product orders, enter and maintain order information, coordinate online company stores through OrderMyGear, communicate with vendors and internal team members, and help ensure that every order meets our standards for accuracy and client experience.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just want to complete tasks. We want someone who takes ownership, looks for ways to improve how we work, and is interested in developing leadership skills as our company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Coordination
- Process branded apparel and promotional product orders from approval through completion.
- Accurately enter orders, purchase orders, customer information, pricing, product details, decoration information, and other required information into our systems.
- Review orders for accuracy before they are submitted to vendors or production.
- Track orders, production timelines, shipping information, and expected delivery dates.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal team members to keep orders moving forward.
- Identify potential order issues early and help find solutions before they impact the client.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and coordinating completed orders as needed.
OrderMyGear Store Coordination
- Coordinate the setup, launch, maintenance, and completion of OrderMyGear online stores.
- Work with the sales and operations teams to gather products, pricing, artwork, deadlines, and other information needed to build stores.
- Monitor active stores and help ensure orders are processed correctly after stores close.
- Coordinate store orders with vendors, decorators, and internal team members.
- Help improve our processes for creating and managing online stores as this part of our business continues to grow.
Team & Department Support
- Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to provide a seamless handoff from sale to fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records for orders and client programs.
- Communicate clearly when information is missing, deadlines are at risk, or assistance is needed.
- Help document and improve processes, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the operations team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
Leadership & Ownership
You do not need previous management experience for this position. We do, however, expect every member of our team to practice leadership.
That means:
- Taking ownership of your work and following through on commitments.
- Asking questions when something doesn't look right.
- Looking for solutions instead of simply identifying problems.
- Helping teammates succeed.
- Finding opportunities to make our processes better.
- Accepting feedback and using it to improve.
- Helping move our department and company toward our mission, vision, and values.

Previous promotional products or apparel experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person.
The ideal candidate:
- Is highly organized and pays attention to details.
- Can manage multiple orders and deadlines at the same time.
- Communicates clearly and professionally.
- Is comfortable learning new software and systems.
- Takes pride in accuracy and completing work correctly.
- Is dependable and follows through.
- Is willing to ask questions and learn from mistakes.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Has a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Wants an opportunity to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibility over time.
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with email, spreadsheets, and web-based software are required.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position
- $14.00- $16.00 per hour based on experience
