Job description – As the Homeowners Operations Admin Assistant, you will aid the Homeowners department with owner relations. Working with other departments, such as maintenance and housekeeping will be essential.  Responding to inquiries for owner rental calendars, revenue statement questions, repairs, and replacements via telephone and e-mail for multiple properties, will be some of the daily tasks.

Typical hours 9 – 5:30 Monday – Friday; Saturdays as required

Job responsibilities –

  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners by responding to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain owner partnerships with new and existing clients following company guidelines
  • Provide effective communication of our rental management program to onboard new units/owners to the rental program
  • Assist owners with replacements and upgrades to maximize revenue and provide exceptional guest’s experiences
  • Assist with coordinating unit repairs and upgrades amongst owners, internal staff and outside vendors
  • Assist with monthly revenue distribution
  • Assist with developing and distributing the Quarterly Newsletter
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements –

  • Passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Excellent computer skills with emphasis on excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal, written and expressed communication skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to listen and display empathy
  • 5 plus years previous customer service/sales experience required
  • Some marketing background preferred
