FUNCTION:  The Marketing Research Analyst performs various research, analytical, creative, administrative and clerical duties in support of the research and public relations functions in the Marketing Department. 

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1)       Manage, maintain, and utilize QNB Bank’s MCIF System to include:

           a)      Data information updates

           b)      Work with data interfaces with various data sources/systems to ensure integrity of marketing customer information files

           c)      Research projects

           d)      Report generation

           e)      Prospect profiling, list generation and production

           f)       Analysis of data for validation and assist in forecasting trends

           g)     Data backup procedures

2)       Manage the processing and fulfillment of community support requests and sponsorship advertising.

3)       Manage client satisfaction survey database to include survey generation, data input and report generation.

4)       Create customer mailings by utilizing Word, MCIF, CRM, and vendor resources.

5)       Design and maintain survey/promotion tracking spreadsheets using Excel and MCIF.

6)       Research and recommend purchase of premium items. Manage the inventory and facilitate the distribution of specialty/premium items.

 7)       Track and report bank information for product/service referrals, incentive payments, and bank-wide sales.

 8)       Perform reconcilement of Marketing GLs and budget reporting.

 9)       Maintain project, invoice, and various other marketing files.

 10)    Produce external and internal correspondence.

 11)    Assume additional job-related responsibilities as requested.

 12)    Track, process and reconcile Casual for a Cause account

REQUIRED TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

 1)      Proficient knowledge of Bank MCIF and CRM platforms.

2)      Proficient knowledge of software applications including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite.

3)      Ability to analyze data and present it in a clear and concise manner.

4)      Interpersonal skills to represent the Bank in a positive manner when dealing with internal and external customers.

5)      Able to lift and maneuver 25 pounds.

6)      A high school diploma or equivalent.
