Community Engagement & Events Assistant – Senior Living (Full Time)
Rosedale Green and Emerald Trace Senior Living communities are seeking two full-time Community Engagement & Events Assistants — one position at each community.
If you enjoy planning events, leading group activities, and building meaningful relationships, this role offers the opportunity to make a daily impact in the lives of seniors.
Applicants may indicate their preferred location during the interview process. Each position is assigned to a specific community and does not rotate between buildings.
What You’ll Do

Help plan and lead group activities and themed events

Engage residents one-on-one

Support holiday celebrations and special programs

Assist with activity setup and event preparation

Encourage participation and create an inclusive atmosphere

Document participation as required
This is an active role that requires frequent interaction, time on your feet, and occasional evening or weekend programming.
