Catering Delivery Driver

Hello Spartanburg! We are Tropical Grille and we are incredibly excited to welcome a few new additions to our Front and Back of house team. Over the last ten years we have been steadily growing in upstate South Carolina. We have locations in Greenville, Greer, Mauldin, Clemson, Easley, Lexington and even Charleston! With the effects of the pandemic reducing we would love to begin to add to our team as we continue to grow.

Our Spartanburg restaurant is located in the heart of the town! We are currently recruiting a couple drivers to be brand ambassadors when delivering and setting up our caterings.  Our candidates must be reliable and friendly as the position is very much dependent on their attendance we expect only A+ personalities to represent us. We plan on opening several locations in the Carolinas in 2021 and on so this is a great opportunity to get on board with a rapidly expanding company that has plenty of room for advancement and has several new locations in the immediate future.

Candidates must have a Positive Attitude, High Energy Level, Strong Attention to Detail, Reliable Transportation to and from work, Professional Demeanor, Be Guest Focused, Have Excellent Communication Skills and a Genuine Passion for Pleasing People.   Drivers receive delivery fees and tips on top of their pay and all full time employees can enroll in healthcare if desired. The Ideal Candidate will have a full availability, reliable transportation and a hunger for a challenging and rewarding work environment. We are assessing future leaders from our employee roster for our next locations as well as looking to empower our strongest candidates to move up and develop our current units.  This is an on call position in which we post our caterings in advance and you can literally choose when and if you want to take one or more caterings to deliver.
