The Kitchen Manager’s role is to lead the Heart of House team, coach and mentor, maintain highest standards, place food orders, schedule HOH staff, conduct line checks, create prep lists, maintain cleanliness, assist on the line during service and have fun. The Kitchen Manager is a culinary professional who leads by example and assists in creating an extraordinary guest experience. Pizza experience is a plus.
