What We’re Looking For:

A licensed and enthusiastic Waxing Specialist to join our growing Team! At the core, the Waxing Specialist is a positive, friendly, results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing the highest quality waxing services to our guests!

What you will do:

• Responsible for creating a memorable guest experience while providing the highest quality wax service while maintaining a cheerful and positive attitude.
• Responsible for educating all guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
• Always maintain a clean wax suite and area.
• Works towards maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals through guest retention (pre-booking).
• Adhere to assigned schedule and availability provided.

What you bring:

• Must possess valid, DC Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (Full Time or Part Time, day/afternoon/evenings, or weekend shifts)
• Ability to perform all body and facial waxing services offered.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and perform new waxing techniques.
• Dedication to completing high quality waxing services for our clients.
• You are flexible, adaptable, and able to shift priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
