🚀 The Role

As a Tech Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between creativity and execution. You’ll translate visionary designs into detailed tech packs and work directly with overseas factories to ensure every product looks, fits, and functions like a masterpiece.

This is a high-impact, detail-driven role for someone who thrives in the intersection of design precision, technical specs, and global collaboration.

🧵 What You’ll Do

🧬 Translate Vision into Specs

• Create and set up Tech Packs, Print Files, Appliqué Guides, and Crystal Guides
• Help interpret design concepts and construction details for our overseas factory partners

🌍 Own Global Communication

• Act as a daily liaison between the factory, Design, and Production teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues with fit, fabric, and patterning
• Communicate style changes, new patterns, and adjustments with clarity and consistency

🧪 Support Development & Approvals

• Review prototypes for construction, fit, and style accuracy
• Rework and update files based on feedback or factory requests
• File tech packs and customer approvals with hyper-organization

🙌 Be a Team Player

• Jump in when needed to support other departments with small jobs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with a positive, proactive attitude

🧠 What You Bring

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
• ✂️ Strong pattern-making experience, especially with knits
• 🖥 Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite—Illustrator and Photoshop are your tools of the trade
• 🗂 Organizational wizard with laser-sharp attention to detail
• 💬 Excellent communicator—especially with overseas partners (bonus if you’re skilled in simplifying technical info for non-native English speakers)
• 👕 Deep understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabric
• 💥 Positive energy and a collaborative mindset—you're someone people want on their team
