Senior Account Associate, Construction Industry Group

The successful candidate will provide service excellence to our customers and insurance markets in Western Canada by servicing and maintaining the existing portfolio.

·      Ensure PLATFORM’s quality of service standards is always upheld with clients

·      Prepare and send out documentation with adherence to PLATFORM’s account management service standards

·      Support the entire project placement life cycle including submission preparation, managing quotes, binding and billing project policies, tracking expiries and extensions, reviewing policies and handling all client documentation

·      Manage billing for all transactions, renewals, endorsements and projects  

·      File corporate documents, records, and reports efficiently for all team members

·      Other duties as assigned

·      2+ years of commercial insurance experience

·      AIC License required (Level 1 required, Level 2 preferred)

·      Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills

·      Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills

·      Possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
