Financial Analyst
HGA is an accounting firm at its core, but the practice is broader than that. The HGA Group brings together fractional finance, legal, advisory, tax, health and wealth, benefits, and human resources everything a business owner needs, built under one roof and designed to work together.
Our brand, Building Better Tomorrows, extends beyond our clients. It reflects how we operate as a team, with a focus on meaningful work, strong relationships, and long-term impact.
We are large enough to offer meaningful opportunities while remaining small enough to ensure individual contributions are recognized. People who seek greater responsibility often find it here, and when they are ready for more, we take notice.
The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in the Integrated Financial Services (“IFS”) division. IFS is a fractional accounting and business advisory division. Our group embeds financial professionals directly into client operations, giving businesses the accounting expertise they need, sized to what they require.
The work varies by design. Some days focus on ensuring the accuracy of financial data and reporting. Others involve building forecasts, analyzing performance, and working with clients to understand what their numbers mean and what decisions follow.
This role is designed to build range across accounting, analysis, and advisory services, while developing professionals who can move from technical execution to real client impact.
