If you have great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people, you can earn meaningfully here without ever making a cold call. Every person you reach out to is an existing or previously engaged client — warm leads who already know Polaron. Your role is simply to rekindle the relationship, address any concerns, and help them move forward with their HVAC project.
This is not a traditional high-pressure sales role. It is a relationship-first position focused on trust, retention, and long-term client value. If you’re personable, persistent, and client-focused — you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Re-engage existing and previously contacted clients to rebuild relationships and trust
Recover and close HVAC opportunities that have stalled or fallen through the cracks
Conduct outbound calls with a strong focus on client experience and retention
Maintain consistent and thoughtful follow-ups to keep clients engaged and moving forward
Build and manage a personal pipeline of reactivation opportunities
Identify client needs, resolve concerns, and position appropriate HVAC solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth path to project completion
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t need to come from HVAC. You need to be someone clients genuinely enjoy speaking with. If the points below sound like you, we want to hear from you:
1 to 3 years of outbound sales, customer service, or relationship management experience
Outstanding communication skills — warm, clear, and confident on the phone
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust quickly
Proven ability to follow up consistently and move conversations forward
Empathetic, solution-oriented, and genuinely client-focused mindset
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without direct supervision
Ability to manage your own time and pipeline effectively
Experience in HVAC, home services, or similar industries is an asset but not required
COMPENSATION & ENGAGEMENT TERMS
This is a commission-based independent contractor engagement. As an independent contractor, you are not an employee of Polaron Comfort Corp., and this arrangement does not create an employment relationship. Earnings are variable and are not guaranteed.

WORK ARRANGEMENT
In-office attendance is required during the initial training period at our North York, ON location
Following successful onboarding, a hybrid arrangement may be available, with a preference for continued in-office presence

This engagement is open to individuals seeking supplemental income (lighter hours) or those building toward full earning potential (extended hours)
