Cocktail Server

Position Overview

The role of the Food and Beverage Server is to ensure that the guest receives the best possible service.

Job Functions

• Provide food and beverage service to the customer.

• Perform cash out functions at the end of each shift.

• Keep work areas clean and tidy.

• Maintain professional appearance.

• May be required to perform opening or closing duties.

• Assist in the responsible beverage service of guests.

• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and respect.

• Inform Supervisor of any complaints.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Food and Beverage Server.

• Experience in a high volume beverage service environment.

• Experience in a busy environment an asset.

• Proficient in front office applications of POS.

Other Skills/Abilities

• Patience, teamwork, diplomacy, trustworthy, confidence, works well under pressure.

Working Conditions

• Fast paced, multi-unit, highly demanding, support department.

All applicants must be 18 years of age.

All applicants must be able to work weekends, evenings, late nights and holidays.
