Environmental Intermediate Field Supervisor
Office Location: Fort St. John, BC
Candidate must be able to work from our Fort St. John office, or willing to relocate to Fort St. John. We are willing to offer a relocation bonus for the right candidate.

The primary function of the Environmental Field Supervisor is to safely complete fieldwork programs, manage data and prepare factual reports under the direction of an Environmental Project Manager. This position supports Remediation, Reclamation or Natural Sciences projects located in Northeast, BC and includes significant field work activities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the investigation, remediation, reclamation, or natural sciences field activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and SynergyAspen’s preferred operating procedure.
- Assist with technical report writing on technical reports and proposals.
- Assist with preparation of scopes of work, and cost estimates.
- Adhere to client specific and SynergyAspen’s Health and Safety policies.
- Ensure timely deliverable of assigned tasks.
- Maintain billable targets as set by Supervisor.
- Provide excellent levels of service to our internal and external clients.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications for Environmental Intermediate Field Supervisor
- 2+ years field experience in Northeast BC, related to remediation/reclamation/natural science.
- 2-year technical diploma or degree in Environmental Sciences or Engineering.
- Ability to work outside in remote locations in adverse weather conditions, when required.
- Experience writing technical reports.
- Experience with BCER Regulatory Guidelines is an asset.
- Candidates working towards an accredited designation (P.Ag., P.Geo., P.Chem.) recognized in BC is an asset.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
