Qualifications
•
Qualified individual should have 2 years of general construction experience in addition to having HVAC and electrical craft experience
•
Individual must have knowledge of maintenance supplies, equipment, materials and methods in addition to ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools/equipment in performing tasks
•
Also, must have a valid drivers’ license with the ability to drive company vehicles
Responsibilities
•
A Maintenance Building Technician performs general maintenance and/or minor repairs to building and grounds at the facility or at other Company properties
