Assistant Car Wash Manager (Denver, CO)

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Manage all staff in absence of the Car Wash Manager
• Monitor and order chemical and vending machine inventory
• Work directly with the Car Wash Manager to oversee the operation in the car wash
• Assist the Car Wash Manager in diagnosing and repairing equipment
• Adjust and create scheduling for Car Wash Attendants
• Measure and calculate chemical cost and monitor inventory
• Implement, monitor, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and reliability of the wash
• Assist with the coaching, training, and development of new and existing staff
• Perform other duties required and/or assigned
