RN Needed - Kamas, Utah- Two 6 hour days a week

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care services to patients in Utah in the Kamas area

two days a week preferably Saturday and Sunday from 9am-3pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical assessments during each visit.
• Assist patients with breathing exercises and techniques.
• Provide patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Document patient progress and update care plans as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active RN license.
• Experience in home health or community-based nursing preferred but not required.
• Compassion and treatment of the whole person, not just a 'job'. Patients are cared for long term over many months/years. Not traditional 30-60-90 home care. 
• Personal relationships of trust are formed and nurtured between nurses and patients.
• Punctuality is a requirement and expected at all times. Ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling.
