The Warehouse Operations Manager will play a critical role in leading our receiving, storage, safety, and shipping functions to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse performance — from staffing and scheduling to safety, quality, and cost control. You’ll manage a diverse team, optimize workflows, implement systems, and ensure our facilities operate with excellence and reliability. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on problem solving to keep operations running smoothly and scale for the future.

📋 What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop warehouse staff through recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management
• Establish and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to maximize efficiency and accuracy
• Plan, forecast, and manage budgets, resources, and schedules to achieve operational and financial objectives
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping activities to ensure on-time delivery
• Optimize warehouse layout, product flow, and equipment utilization to improve productivity
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with legal regulations, ensuring a healthy work environment
• Develop process improvements to enhance operational performance and reduce costs
• Safeguard warehouse property through security procedures and coordination with security personnel
• Stay current on industry trends and implement innovations that keep Rebel ahead of the curve

🙌 Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of warehouse operations management experience
• A proactive, self-motivated leader with a strong work ethic
• Skilled in ERP systems and advanced PC applications
• Strong time management and project management capabilities
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction success both internally and externally
• Deep knowledge of inventory management systems

⭐ Bonus Points

• Experience in designing and implementing new warehouse systems or layouts
• Certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or safety compliance

🏃 Working Conditions
This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach for extended periods. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Frequent wrist and hand movement is required. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, with the ability to adjust focus.
