Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare foods such as meats, poultry, and fish for frying purposes.
- Operate fryers and equipment required for cooking in a safe manner.
- Serve quality and consistent food while providing excellent customer service.
- Rotate and stock supplies during delivery times.
- Must be able to do heavy lifting (50-60lbs) safely
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and dishes
- Work at a fast pace ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate well with team members and management.
- Assist with catering jobs
