REFRESH Kitchen & Bar is the resort’s only on‑site restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, après‑golf, and dinner. We offer indoor dining, patio dining, and take‑out — all with a focus on quality, consistency, and memorable guest experiences.

As part of our back‑of‑house team, your primary responsibility is simple but important:

You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, believe in championing a fun and safe workplace, and take pride in delivering exceptional food with professionalism and care.

🍳 What You’ll Be Doing

·         Preparing, cooking, and plating menu items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events

·         Running your station efficiently during busy service periods

·         Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards

·         Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and food‑safe

·         Supporting prep, restocking, and opening/closing duties

·         Working closely with a supportive kitchen team to keep service flowing smoothly

✅ What We’re Looking For

·         FoodSafe Level 1 Certification (required)

·         Previous line cook or kitchen experience required

·         Strong work ethic and positive, team‑first attitude

·         Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

·         Attention to detail and pride in quality food

·         Comfortable lifting to 50 lbs and being on your feet during shifts

·         Availability for AM and/or PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
