Job Description for Quality Control Technician
- Blueprint/Shop-drawing reading and comprehension
- Pre-pour/Post-pour inspection
- Sample/testing of concrete
- Tensioning of prestress strands
- Interact with production, QC department, and inspectors on a regular basis
- Paperwork and data entry
- Maintaining accurate daily reports
Job Specifications/Minimum Qualifications of a Quality Control Technician
- Ability to collaborate and work as team
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be detail-oriented
- Possess good organizational and communication skills
ACI and/or PCI Certifications are a plus!
