Join Our Team

We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to provide in person office support to the Employment, Enterprise and Newcomer Services team, and provide recruitment and onboarding support to the People and Culture team for candidates seeking employment with the Association. This is a contract position based out of St. John's with an expected end date of March 31, 2026. 

Job Requirements

  • Office Administration or Business Diploma, Degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in relevant human resource/administration position
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite applications (word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sectors Checks are reviewed on an individual basis
