We are looking for servers with a minimum of 1-2 years professional serving experience and valid pro-serve certificate and to join our team. Must have full availability for Friday, Saturdays and Sundays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, displaying friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
- Clean designated areas, in accordance with Health and Safety protocols and hygiene requirements.
- Clean tables and ensure they are cleaned based on our service standards.
- Process payments per established processes.
- Contribute to a fun, team focused environment providing top customer service to club members.
Experience:
- 1 -2 years’ serving experience
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-Serve Certificate required
- Able to lift 45lbs
- Flexible availability, inclusive of weekends and evenings.
- Background check will be required.
